Welcome to Project Sounds 

This project was created with well-being in mind. 

Its aim is to support people with their physical and mental wellbeing, lung health and cognitive clarity, all through the power of music.

Based in Northamptonshire, we offer a range of classes in Singing and Harmonica.

All sessions are devised and led by Chris Startup, a professional Musician and

Asthma and Lung UK Certified Singing Lung Health Practitioner.
