Project Sing began its musical journey in June 2021.

Its original vision was to embark its members on a journey through the world of music in order to help them to find their voice. 

Based on the belief that singing can benefit mental health whilst challenging what we know and are yet to discover about our voices, Chris’ vision was to create a space where people come together to learn songs and harmonies with a plan to eventually become The Project Sing Choir.  

The focus today very much remains on promoting well-being and on building a strong community spirit through the medium of music and singing. 

Sessions are built around breathing exercises, vocal techniques and include songs in unison as well as in harmony. Their focus is on physical and mental well-being; mental clarity and cognitive health; feel good and community.
